When will I get my order?
SHOW HIDERoad Freight - East Coast – Melbourne to Sunshine Coast, major cities – overnight. Overnight to NSW regional areas as far inland as Dubbo Albury and Wagga
Road Freight - 2 days - Adelaide, Mildura, Rockhampton, Bendigo, Ballarat
Road Freight - 4 days – Darwin, Cairns, Perth
Road Freight - 5 Days – Albany, Geraldton
Road freight - 7 Days – Broome.
For any urgent freight please call 02 9526 7799 to enquire on transit times, some areas are subject to the schedules of local freight contractors
Air Freight – Capital cities and most areas within 100km of a main regional airport.
Air Freight – 2 days – Broome, Albany

We use Startrack for air freight and shipping of dangerous goods by road. Some “lost freight” may be at your local post office.
Dangerous goods must be signed for by the receiver so will not be left at your local post office
How do I return an item/s
SHOW HIDEItems can be returned within 7 days of invoicing, items must be unused and in original packaging with a return authorisation issued from our office staff.
Shimano Australia reserves the right to charge a handling fee of 20%. Please refer to our trading terms and conditions for further details
Why can’t I purchase items?
SHOW HIDEYou will be notified of the requirement to contact our accounts department if payment is overdue or a credit limit has been reached.
Certain product categories such as footwear require a dealer agreement to be completed before purchasing. Please contact your Shimano sales representative for details
When will item x be back in stock?
SHOW HIDEPopular hardgoods items usually arrive on a monthly or quarterly basis. Confirmed shipment dates are available by clicking “more information” in the Webshop location. If a date is not showing please contact our staff 02 9526 7799
